Lastly, Penguins of Madagascar is over $345 million in world grosses. That's not bad for most features, but when you have a price tag of $132 million, you're running close to the wind, profit-wise. As a DreamWorker said to me recently: "The penguins has crossed over into television territory. The series is out around the world and that hasn't helped the theatrical version."
